A few weeks ago I spent the morning with a brilliant local sports and massage therapist, capturing images for her website. She works across personal training, sports massage, pregnancy massage and lymphatic drainage, and she needed photos that could work just as hard as she does.
The Brief
No stiff poses. No stock photo energy. Just real, relaxed, professional images she could use across her site and socials to show potential clients exactly who she is and how she works. We talked through her services beforehand. Personal training. Sports massage. Pregnancy massage. Lymphatic drainage. Four different treatments, four different moods, one consistent brand. That’s the bit I love most about personal branding photography. Finding the thread that ties it all together.
On the Day
She said it herself in her review: she felt relaxed, at ease, and genuinely looked forward to using the images. That’s the goal every single time. A photoshoot should never feel like a chore. It should feel like a conversation with a camera along for the ride.
And yes. The dog got involved without us even thinking about it she just jumped right next to Gill on the sofa!
