Membership Terms

These terms are between Kelliejo Photography (“I”, “me”) and the member (“you”). By paying for the membership, you agree to them.

1. What’s included
Each month, your membership includes:

• One 30 minute shoot, either in my garden studio in Heald Green or at your premises if you’re local [check: define “local”, e.g. within 35 miles of Heald Green]
• 2 fully edited reels with captions and on-screen text
• 3 edited brand images
• 6 extra raw video clips
• A reel plan with two reel ideas, sent the week before your shoot

Anything outside this, such as extra images, extra reels or longer shoots, can be quoted for separately.

2. Payment
The membership costs £369 a month. It’s taken automatically on the same date each month, starting from the day you join. This price is fixed for as long as your membership continues without a break.

If a payment fails, I’ll let you know and you’ll need to update your payment details within 7 days. Shoots and deliveries are paused until the payment has gone through.

3. Minimum term
The membership has a minimum term of 3 months, which means 3 monthly payments. You can’t cancel during the first 3 months.

4. Cancelling
After your third payment, you can cancel at any time by emailing me at least 14 days before your next payment date. Your membership will end after the payment period you’re in, and you’ll still get that month’s shoot and content.

If you cancel and want to rejoin later, it will be at the price on offer at that time.

5. Booking and rescheduling shoots
We’ll agree your shoot date each month. If you need to move it, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll find another date in the same month.

If you don’t turn up, or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, that month’s shoot is counted as used.

6. Delivery
Your edited reels and images will be delivered within 10 working days of your shoot, through an online gallery or a download link. Please download and save your content, because the links won’t stay live forever.

7. Using your content
I keep the copyright in all the photos and videos. You get a licence to use them to promote your business, including your website, social media, emails, adverts and printed marketing. You can’t sell them, or let third parties claim them as their own (such as entering them into competitions).

I may use some images and clips in my own portfolio and on my social media. If you’d rather I didn’t, just tell me in writing.

8. If I can’t make a shoot
If I’m ill or something unavoidable happens, I’ll rearrange your shoot as soon as possible. If I can’t provide a month’s shoot at all, I’ll refund that month’s payment.

9. Your premises
If we shoot at your premises, you’re responsible for getting any permissions needed, and for making sure anyone else who appears in the content has agreed to be filmed or photographed.

10. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. If anything changes that affects you, I’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice. It won’t change your price while your membership continues.

11. Liability
My liability to you under this membership is limited to the amount you’ve paid me in the previous 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it can’t legally be limited.

12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
