Personal business branding is particularly important for small businesses to show the customer the person behind the brand. One particular business that I started to work with last year is Bloom. Victoria contacted me as she particularly wanted to get everything on point for her franchise side of the business. I started by making her a video that showed a flavour of one of her classes.
